We offer store credit or exchange only on full priced items within 14 days of receipt of the goods in original, unworn condition. If goods require shipping, the customer pays for shipping both to their shipping address and back to the store. Only one credit or exchange is allowed per item. After the first credit or exchange, the item becomes final sale. All sale items are final sale. All items ordered specially for a customer are non creditable or exchangeable unless goods are damaged due to an undisputable product flaw and/or size issue.
